To taking shit from my bosses.
So I have a new job doing loans….and I do title loans…so if people don’t pay on their loans, I would have to repossess the car, that might get interesting….I also have to do collection calls and I already got hung up on by a customer’s reference….
I also kept my last job as a part time…..customer’s still whine and complain…..
This is what I want to say when a member comes in to complain about the facility…….
Me: Welcome to “the store” …..how may I help you?
Customer: Yes, do you work here?
Me: Yes. How may I help you?
Really? I just greeted you and you are asking me if I work here?
